Kelly Calder Mowen

Kelly Calder Mowen oversees complex litigation at OM, having defended hundreds of claims in toxic tort and product liability matters pending in state and federal court. In addition to Kelly’s experience defending product liability claims, she also handles general litigation matters in a variety of areas, including premises liability, personal injury, and multi-plaintiff/ class action litigation.  

A frequent voice in the defense bar, Kelly has presented on multi-district litigation practice at DRI’s Product Liability Seminar and has authored and co-authored publications for DRI and the IADC, among others. She serves as Membership Chair of DRI’s Toxic Torts and Environmental Law Committee, and has vice-chaired the Toxic Torts and Environmental Law Seminar.
