Partner

Gordon serves as general counsel to national and regional companies, pairing litigation-avoidance strategy with coast-to-coast courtroom results.

About Gordon

General counsel. Litigator. Thought partner.

Gordon advises corporate clients on a wide array of legal issues and currently serves as general counsel to several national and regional companies in the residential services, consumer services, and manufacturing industries. His practice focuses on commercial disputes, litigation-avoidance practices, regulatory compliance, and employment practices.

As general counsel, Gordon’s thought partnership with company leadership drives high-ROI initiatives that reduce risk, increase EBITDA, and improve claims outcomes. In 2025, he launched a compliance initiative for a fleet-based home improvement company that produced over $3.3 million in annualized savings and was featured at Samsara’s national safety and compliance convention.

Gordon is also an accomplished appellate advocate.  He has overseen hundreds of appeals and authored dozens of amicus briefs, has handled more than twenty state supreme court oral arguments, and is frequently called upon to provide advice and guidance in high stakes trial and appellate litigation.

Gordon’s practice takes him coast to coast: prevailing at oral argument in high-stakes appeals on the west coast, parachuting into contentious business disputes on the east coast, and litigating employment actions in the heartland.
