Alysse’s civil practice focuses on the defense of professional and corporate institutions and insurance coverage matters. She has assisted clients with the representation of business policyholders on risk-transfer issues in the commercial general liability context, insurance claim presentation and coverage denials, bad faith, commercial and business litigation, and appeals.
Alysse has also defended cases involving medical malpractice, premises liability, general civil litigation, professional negligence, and commercial issues.
