Connie is a seasoned employment attorney with nearly thirty years of experience defending West Virginia employers in a wide range of workplace matters. Her expertise spans discrimination and harassment claims, hiring and termination practices, performance management, wage and hour compliance, disability accommodations, and leave policies.
She is highly regarded for her skill in conducting workplace investigations and guiding employers through day-to-day HR challenges, including the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
Beyond her legal career, Connie is deeply committed to community service. She serves as President of the Gabriel Project of West Virginia, Inc., a nonprofit supporting pregnant women and young families, and sits on the Board of Directors for Goodwill of the Summit.
