Kelly Calder Mowen oversees complex litigation, having defended hundreds of claims in asbestos and pharmaceutical cases pending in state and federal court. She has years of experience in the areas of product and premises liability, mass torts, toxic torts, bad faith, and other insurance coverage disputes. Kelly has presented on multi-district litigation practice at DRI’s Product Liability Seminar and authored and co-authored publications for DRI and the IADC, among others.
