About Connie Weber

Connie is a seasoned employment attorney with nearly 30 years of experience defending West Virginia employers in a wide range of workplace matters. Her expertise spans discrimination and harassment claims, hiring and termination practices, performance management, wage and hour compliance, disability accommodations, and leave policies. She is highly regarded for her skill in conducting workplace investigations and guiding employers through day-to-day HR challenges, including the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.

Beyond her legal career, Connie is deeply committed to community service. She serves as President of the Gabriel Project of West Virginia, Inc., a nonprofit organization supporting pregnant women and young families. She also sits on the Board of Directors for Goodwill of the Summit, contributing her leadership and advocacy to further their mission.

Connie is a certified yoga instructor, teaching classes at various locations throughout the Charleston area. Her passion for wellness complements her professional and philanthropic endeavors.

She and her husband Erik are proud parents of three adult children—Jack, Amelia, and Sam.
