Kate defends and advises individuals and corporations in various civil matters, including those alleging personal injury, business disputes, and general civil litigation. In addition to private practice, Kate has several years of federal government experience in civil investigation. Kate previously clerked for Maryland Supreme Court Justice Angela M. Eaves at the Third Judicial Circuit for Harford County.
