About Casey Christian

Casey Christian specializes in trial-readiness with an emphasis on building clients’ strategies from
inception of case through verdict or favorable resolution. Over the years, she has assisted and
attended trials in the areas of product and premises liability, toxic torts, intellectual property,
copyright infringement, and patent prosecution across many State and Federal jurisdictions.
Casey is a lead developer of themes, materials and workflow management throughout various
stages of cases, and aids Attorneys and Expert Witnesses in preparation for depositions and trial
proceedings. Her expertise in identifying pertinent information and supportive documentation to
formulate and support theories and themes has been utilized to defend numerous and multi-faceted
clients nationwide.
