About Grace Dague

Grace Dague’s experience includes assisting corporate clients with matters related to corporate compliance filings throughout multiple states, commercial leases, and real estate transactions.  Grace previously served as an intern with the West Virginia University Office of Technology Transfer, where she gained experience reviewing and drafting nondisclosure agreements, material transfer agreements, and other documents relating to intellectual property and clinical trials.  She also represents corporate clients in litigation in both state and federal courts.

Grace earned her law degree from the West Virginia University College of Law, where she served as an Associate Editor for Volume 124 of the West Virginia Law Review, the Secretary of the Women’s Leadership Council, and the Treasurer for the Energy Law Association. In law school, Grace gained experience as a student clinician for the Land Use and Sustainable Development Clinic at the West Virginia University College of Law, where she advised local government clients on legal matters relating to comprehensive plans, zoning ordinances, and other lands issues.

Grace earned her master’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies in History and American Government and dual bachelor’s degrees in History and Paralegal Studies, magna cum laude, from Liberty University. She is also a member of the Board of Directors for the West Virginia CASA Association Inc. and a member of the West Virginia Bar Association.
